Welcome to Cocoa Rum Mum! By using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General

1.1 These Terms govern your use of our Site and the purchase of our products.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2 Full payment is required at checkout. We accept paypal, debit and credit cards.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery & Collection

3.1 We offer free local delivery  over £40 within 3 miles of E18. Orders under £40 are chargeable at £2.50 per order.

3.2 Postal delivery is chargeable with the additional fees set by Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the item.

3.3 Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
3.4 If you fail to collect an order or provide the correct delivery details, no refunds will be issued.

4. Allergens & Dietary Information

4.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, gluten, and dairy.
4.2 While we offer vegan and gluten-free options, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
5.2 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
5.3 If an issue arises with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will assess concerns on a case-by-case basis.

6. Custom Orders

6.1 Custom orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice (non rum cakes), and 14 days for rum cakes.
6.2 Full payment or a deposit may be required for custom orders.
6.3 Changes to custom orders must be made at least 5 days before the delivery/collection date.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this Site, including images, text, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Cocoa Rum Mum. You may not use our content without written permission.
